Summary :
Pandemonium is a film without a camera. The forty images that construct the film are scans of a person face, transferred from the scanner to Photoshop and then to the editing suite. Therefore, the scanner function as a ‘camera’ and Pandemonium can be read as a ‘scan-Film’.
The contrast between the B/W images of the face to the colourful children dots, and between the speed of editing to the slowness of the soundtrack, create a state of confusion and inferno, a place of warm and cold and feeling of a ‘private’ pandemonium.
