Summary :
In "Arm in arm", Lydie Jean-Dit-Pannel finds again the pleasures and the subtleties of the video medium and the editing. This video piece of one minute, in which she is making an arm wrestling with her father, is integrating into a search work called “Mes encres”.
Work in progress around the migration, the nomadism, the travel, the memory, where it is also question about the cycle of life, the ephemeral, the body marked by the time, the work of Lydie is taking forms through the performance, the writing, the video, the setting up. The monarch, 0.8 grams migrant butterfly is the figure of this project. Lydie tatooes one on her body at each of her relocations.
