Summary :
The film first appears as a TV report. It presents the art projects for public areas in the city of Nantes, of seven European artists that have a passion for new technologies. Although credible at first, those stunning projects soon become doubtful. As for the artists, they look quite strangely alike. The fictitious and mocking nature of the report gradually establishes itself. What is mocked here is the political and artistic discourse. But the film remains ambiguous : a certain tenderness shows through the criticism, and the projects still have their charm.
