NUIT DE CHINE ! Sales

MEMBERSHIP :
Heure Exquise ! being an association governed by the law of 1901, all services are reserved for its members. Membership is annual, the fees are 15 Euros.

Membership gives users access to the services offered by Heure Exquise !

- Hiring of the works listed in the catalogue.
- Free viewing on the premises.
- Documentation on the authors and their works.

HIRING :

All the video works in the Heure Exquise ! catalogue are available for hiring in the formats : BETA SP, DVD, DV Cam.

This service provides a copy of the works for public or private non-commercial distribution.

- There is a price rate for the hire of each work, fixed by the author, the producer, and Heure Exquise !
- A detailed and free estimate can be sent on simple request.
- All orders must be in writing, by mail, letter or fax, for the attention of Heure Exquise ! and must specify the complete adress of the enquirer, as well as the address for delivery.
- All request must be sent at least two weeks before the date of viewing.
- The transport, as well as the return transport expenses are at the expense of the enquirer.
- The loan, hire, even partial duplication of copies made available is strictly forbidden.

All hiring is subject to invoicing. Heure Exquise! is not liable for VAT according to the article 293B of CGI.

Membership makes it possible for users to benefit from the following services :

THE SALE OF COPIES :

This service allows cultural, educational or social organisation( libraries, multimedia libraries, schools and universities…) to acquire "rights attached to the support " (meaning until the support is worn) copies of works from the Heure Exquise ! catalogue for individual consultation and non-commercial public use... All acquisition of copies is subject to the establishment of an agreement between the enquirer and Nuit de Chine !, guaranteeing the respect for the moral rights and author ownership rights and fixing the conditions for showing the works.

Sorts of sales:
- Sale 1: Sale to corporate bodies, without lending.
- Sale 2: Sale to corporate bodies, with lending possibility.

Prices are indicated exclusive of VAT.
VAT: 19,6%

THE TRANSFER of NON COMMERCIAL RIGHTS :

This service allows cultural, educational or social organisations (museums, art centres, schools, universities, and training organisations...) to temporarily acquire the non exclusive rights of a work for individual consultation and public viewing. All transfer of rights is subject to the establishment of an agrement between the enquirer and Nuit de Chine !, guaranteeing the respect of the moral rights and author's ownership rights and fixing the conditions for showing the works.

THE TRANSFER of COMMERCIAL RIGHTS:

This service allows local, national and foreign television services to temporarily acquire the non-exclusive rights over a work for televisual broadcasting. All transfer of rights is subject to the establishment of a contract between the enquirer and Nuit de Chine !, guaranteeing respect for the moral rights and and author's ownership rights and fixing the conditions and prices of televisual broadcasting of the works.
